Quality Care Partners was founded by Adrian Moyo — a healthcare operations professional with experience across NHS and healthcare environments, including patient services, workforce coordination and healthcare governance.
Having spent years working inside NHS and healthcare settings, Adrian saw first-hand how staffing agencies repeatedly failed both sides — care homes left short-staffed and healthcare workers undervalued. Quality Care Partners was built to do it differently.
"Our aim is simple: to help care providers maintain safe staffing levels through dependable, compliant workforce solutions — and to give healthcare professionals the flexibility and recognition they deserve."
— Adrian Moyo, Founder & Director
Not some workers. Not most workers. Every single QCP worker passes every single check before they can accept a placement. Here is exactly how.
These are carried out by QCP staff personally. Nothing is outsourced, automated or skipped. Every worker, every time.
Enhanced DBS certificate verified — certificate number, issue date and suitability for working with vulnerable adults confirmed. Workers on the DBS Update Service are checked against it directly.
Verified via the Home Office online checking service or original documents viewed in person. For visa holders, conditions and expiry date are recorded and re-verified before expiry.
Government-issued photo ID — passport or driving licence — verified and matched against the worker's application and a live selfie photograph. All copies filed securely.
Both referees contacted directly — not written references alone. We call or email the referee, verify the working relationship, and confirm conduct and reliability. Personal references are not accepted.
Valid, current manual handling certificate verified for issue date, provider and content. Most certificates require annual renewal — we track expiry and block placements if lapsed.
Current infection control certificate verified — including standard precautions, PPE use and care environment protocols. Certificate date, provider and renewal requirement all checked.
Minimum Level 2 Safeguarding Adults certificate required for all placements. Certificate content, provider and renewal date verified. Anything below Level 2 is not accepted by QCP.
Required for all workers placed in residential care settings where food preparation may form part of their duties. Certificate validity, issue date and provider confirmed.
Workers declare any health conditions that may affect their ability to work safely in a care environment and confirm fitness for the role. Signed declaration filed with the worker's compliance record.
Every worker completes QCP's own online training academy — four modules covering our service standards, the booking platform, safeguarding and incident management. This is mandatory before any placement.
A 20-question timed knowledge assessment completed after all four Academy modules. Workers must score 85% or above to receive their QCP Academy certificate and gain access to the shift booking portal.
Compliance does not stop at registration. QCP tracks expiry dates on all certificates. Workers are automatically blocked from booking shifts when any document lapses — and reinstated immediately upon renewal.
Before your worker arrives, you receive their full compliance profile — DBS status, right to work, training certificates, experience and QCP Academy completion. CQC-ready and ready for your records.
