9. Occupational health declaration
Workers declare any health conditions that could affect safe working. Signed declaration filed with the compliance record.
10. QCP Academy training
Four mandatory training modules covering service standards, the booking platform, safeguarding and incident management. Completed before first placement.
11. Knowledge assessment — 85%
20-question timed assessment after all Academy modules. Workers must score 85% or above to receive their certificate and access the shift portal.
12. Ongoing compliance monitoring
All certificate expiry dates tracked automatically. Workers are blocked from booking shifts the moment anything lapses — reinstated immediately on renewal.
